Marg Howard specializes as a Residential Buyer's Agent and is an expert when it comes to the Vancouver real estate market since she was born and raised right here in Vancouver! She has been licensed with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since November 1989 and has been a member of the Team Nickerson for over 8 years.
She is an active member of many associations including the British Columbia Real Estate Association, Canadian Real Estate Association, and Re/Max International.
Marg’s work ethic and passion for real estate has earned her a ranking in the top 10% of all Lower Mainland realtors, giving her a spot in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s prestigious Medallion Club as well as Re/Max International’s 100% Club.
In her free time, Marg enjoys spending time with family and friends including her son and granddaughter who live in the Lower Mainland, getting involved in her church's activities and helping those in need. She loves attending live stage plays and various lecturers as well as the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and is also interested in home decorating, shopping and fashion.
Past road trips have taken Marg through 8 states in the USA and other favorite travels include New York, Texas, Oklahoma, Pacific Northwest, California, Mexico and Israel.
