The time has come to disassociate yourself from your property. After all, you’ve made the decision to sell your home, so now is not the time to be sentimental about it. Potential buyers need to be able to envisage themselves living there, making it their home, and they won’t be able to do so if distracted by your photographs, heirlooms and souvenirs.
